Love it l! Best radio app I have ever experienced.

Very happy with this app. Dont use it a lot, but when I do it always works and entertains. Worth the money, and a lot easier than the old cassettes I used to order.

Great when it works, have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to listen. Contacted Vintage Radio with issue but they have not gotten back.

Interface a bit archaic too - could be so much nicer. Crashes often

If I knew I was buying this app then forced to buy a package after the fact I never would have purchased this. I buy it thinking I had full access and it is not the case. I feel this is deceptive and wrong. Waste of money if you actually have it. I want a refund.

I am not a big fan of radio shows. But, when I suspiciously opened this app and had in mind to give it one star, I stumbled across a very old show called "Six Shooter" which got me stuck in a nonstop listening to its following episodes. I have to say this app got its magic and it grabbed my respect.

What the hell did they do? Totally changed. I want my money back!!

An incredible app if you love old time radio shows!! I drive a lot and this app keeps me company every single day Im on the road. Well laid out and pay for the subscription it makes the experience perfect. Tons to choose from and the best collection I have ever seen all in one simple app!!

Ill start by saying I love this app. Theres no better way to enjoy a long car trip by yourself than by listening to Johnny Dollar or X Minus One. The new update looks clean and nice. I can tell a lot of hard work went into it. But after playing with it for a while I cant help but feel like maybe some of the new features - particularly the reorder function - are really features that were needed. I think time will tell on that. As far as content, there is no better. Im a Gen Xer so I definitely wasnt around to enjoy this stuff when it first aired, but its awesome to access it here. When I find a new show I like, its great. I can binge listen to it all I want much like people binge watch television seasons on Netflix. And if youre complaining about the small fee, then be honest with yourself. If that small subscription charge is too much for you, maybe you should put the phone down and get to work for a while. Just a thought.

I was pleasantly surprised at the huge selection of old radio shows available on the app, and the crystal clear quality of the audio. The developers did a great job, and I will probably buy the yearly subscription of $20 to get full access to all 40,000 shows!

I have been waiting so long for an update to this wonderful app that I actually let my iTunes subscription expire because it hadnt been updated for so very long and the interface it was getting old. But yesterday I almost dropped my iPhone when I saw an update and was so happy! After checking out the update the first thing I did was to start a new iTunes subscription and I am back in the fold! Thank you for allowing me to, "Relive those thrilling days of yesteryear"!

This is the best of all the vintage radio apps. It has the biggest variety of shows at the very best price. The customer service is very good. If you are considering old time radio apps I suggest this one as A great choice

UPDATE: contacted developer about my account being lost and he quickly responded. Thank you so much, Michael. Heres what he said: "select a show in gray and touch Purchase Subscription when the screen pops up. Then touch Restore. This will check on your subscription and activate it if valid."

We listen to a show every night. I dont have an app that I like any better. We renewed our subscription for a second year. It is still my favorite app. Update: Great new interface! Great customer support!

Ive been a Vintage Radio subscriber for years and I love it! This is a great app for people who not only love Vintage Radio but for newbies who want to hear what the pioneers of entertainment were like before the Kardashians invaded our media. I like to listen to these shows while walking or exercising! There is no "thumpa thumps" of the music to mess up my workout rhythm and people often ask me what I was listening to that was so funny (I prefer the comedies). But whatever your favorite genre, sci-fi, drama, soaps, kids shows; its all here. Thousands of choices! There is a subscription fee of $1.99 a month for unlimited access. Thats less than one cup of overpriced Starbucks and SO worth it, in my opinion! LIke any app that undergoes an update there are some minor glitches but I called the support number and got it all resolved in just a matter of minutes. Now the app runs smoother than ever! The update allows you to organize your favorite genres so that those show up on the menu first! I love this feature! No more scrolling to find the comedy shows. They are just right there! My parents introduced me to Vintage Radio when I was a kid and fell in love with the medium that forced me to use my imagination. I also learned about the pioneers of entertainment and it sparked a desire to learn more. I recall many trips to the library (nowadays, Wikipedia and the Web) to find out more about the people behind these shows. I encourage parents to introduce their kids to Vintage Radio at an early age to work those imagination muscles. Theres nothing rude or offensive and just may encourage your kids to READ! It did for me! I cant recommend this app enough for all ages! A family member overheard me listening to Jack Benny one day and he asked me "Why is the audience laughing so hard? Thats such an old joke." I told him it wasnt back then. Vintage Radio can also be used by homeschoolers to teach about how life in the U.S. was before cell phones, computers, and all the things that we take for granted today. So if you get this app you get; Entertainment, Education, Humor and a time machine to the past. All for less than the price of a single cup of Starbucs coffee. Imagine that!

Ive had Vintage Radio for several years and its provided hours of wonderful entertainment. You go back in time and let your imagination take over! Its terrific.

Ive been a subscriber for a while now. Ive even played a few programs in my classroom for my students. I especially enjoy Lux Radio Theater and Sherlock Holmes. I highly recommend Vintage Radio!
