ALL THE PURCHASED APP DOES IS ALLOWS YOU TO PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. BUT, you can get MOST of these radio programs free directly from the internet. Thought this app was the answer. It was to me, underhanded and misleading! I give it 1 star for innovatively being deceptive Back in the early 70s my brother returned from Germany with sever armed forces radio recordings of the Whistler and 21st Precinct. Fell in love with radio programs. Now, I listen to them when I backpack.

I love this app of old radio shows. Great variety, generally good sound quality (considering their age and source) and thousands of shows for very little money. Highly recommend.

This app helps with the drudgery that is my job. With no wi fi service at work, this apps ability to download and store episodes was a great find.

This is my go-to app for otr for about 4 years now. I have a bi-yearly subscription (totally worth it, low cost, do it!!!) that allows me total access to more shows than I could ever have time to listen! Sound quality is great. options: favorite your shows, download for later (offline), create playlists, skip forward or back 30 sec, your history, and more! Much thought and effort has gone into this app and as an otr lover for my whole life I can tell you Ive tried almost all of them here and online - this is one!

Almost an analyst paralysis going on. So many choices. I used to collect radio shows, this has a lot of them and more. Great for home, not so much on the road. Doesnt load well without Internet. All in all, a lot of fun.

Paid for but it periodically just completely disappears which takes off all the check marks of shows listened to!! Terrible service!

i d wiish there was a search feature so that you can search for your favorite shows, instead of skimming through hundreds of. Other than that, this is a great app. I love that it is voiceover accessible and that the buttons are easy to It is also addictive. Once I start listening, I cant stop. I have loved these shows since I was a little WONDERFUL APP.ve been a fan of the old radio shows since I was ten or eleven, and this app is just what I needed! I love the huge selection and I dont mind paying for that!

Totally worth the subscription. So many shows and most great quality. My current fave is Burns and Allen. But Ive explored so many others I’ve absolutely been addicted to. I’ve listened to a couple thousand, maybe, as I listen to a show or two every night as I go to sleep - and have down so for about five years. If you like, it just plays the show you choose and goes off, so you can go to sleep w/o worrying about it turning off or playing endlessly. Adjusting the volume doesn’t seem to mess with my iPhone alarm volume - that’s a big plus.

Ive truly enjoyed listening to the family friendly shows that the creators of Vintage Radio provide. A number of these shows were created before I was born. Vintage Radio is very entertaining, I usually listen while working. You wont be dissatisfied with the quality of shows provided via this app. Keep up the Great Work, looking forward to my 1year membership!

This is the radio app Ive always wanted, It includes everything I love about old radio. Just one small nit-pick though, while this doesnt take away from the experience at all whatsoever, I do wish that the screen size was updated for current iPhones. I have a 5C and the screen is still for iPhone 4, but still, just a little nitpick.

This may be a rare issue, but the app would shut down when browsing or after listening to an episode. Every time it would shut down data was added to my storage until I had hardly any storage left. Fix this!

These stories bring back memories of when I was a very young girl. My mom and dad and I would listen to many of these stories at bedtime. Great memories.

Great comedies, horror stories, music, historical and groundbreaking works in 20th century audio included, this app is a treasure trove of classic radio shows. Every night I listen to a few before bed, and find them soothing & engrossing. The app itself works great, just have to restart it once in a while at most. I paid for the full subscription, its worth it. All of the shows are a world into themselves. Definitely my favorite app.

Best app ever for historical purposes. Especially during the World War II era . If you are a World War II buff this app is a must have.

Excellent variety of old radio shows in an easy to understand and use app. Really enjoy listening to these shows and imagining my parents, aunts & uncles & grandparents sitting around the radio to listen - like my family gathers around the TV for our favorite programs.
